What you’ll do

FuturHealth is seeking an Associate Creative Director to join our dynamic Creative team. In this role, you will drive the development and execution of creative performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including paid and organic media. You will be responsible for developing creative assets that drive growth and user engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our campaigns are data-driven and aligned with our brand vision.

  • Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to ideate and optimize creative campaigns aimed at driving revenue and user acquisition.

  • Lead the development of fresh and innovative ad creatives, including static ads, live-action content, and short-form videos, for continuous testing and optimization across marketing channels.

  • Provide conversion focused feedback to internal creative teams and external agency partners to ensure the execution of impactful high-converting creative concepts.

  • Conduct creative analysis with key stakeholders to implement testing insights and campaign performance.

  • Continuously iterate on our marketing strategies, messaging, and narratives to ensure they align with brand guidelines and performance goals.

  • Serve as a cross-functional partner, working closely with Growth, Product, Data Science, and other departments to apply insights and unlock new testing opportunities and audience segments.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies, overseeing outsourced creative development as needed to ensure alignment with brand standards and campaign objectives.

  • Directly manage the internal creative team members to ensure high performance and career development.

It’s a perfect match if you have:

  • 3+ years of people management in a leadership role within a performance marketing, branding creative agency, or in-house within a health and wellness brand. 

  • Demonstrated success in developing campaigns across all established and emerging ad platforms, including Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap, YouTube, and landing pages with more than 100M combined spend behind your ads.

  • Experience managing the end-to-end creative development process for advertising assets, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to designers, writers, and editors.

  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and digital marketing trends across social media and CRM platforms for both advertising and brand.

  • Proficiency with performance metrics and experience working with analytics platforms to derive actionable insights from customer data, digital marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and testing/optimization techniques.

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to define and meet data-driven performance marketing goals and objectives, while knowing when to pivot in an agile and effective manner.

The pay range for this role is $125,000- $175,000 total compensation. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
