Job description
Performs all administrative duties related to the financial operations of the company to support the needs of the organization and its management.
Work performed
Assists in preparation of financial statements & forecasts
Performs monthly closing & reconciliations
Assists in implementing new tools & software
Participates in financial and insurance based audits
Provides oversight of payroll & benefits administration, AP, and AR.
Manages corporate credit cards
Works with purchasing to report on inventory
Prepares necessary filings for taxes, administrative reporting
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
Expert-level MS Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables & experiencing handling large data sets)
2 years experience in finance in an organization with $50+ million annual revenue
Understanding of SQL and forecasting
Interest in manufacturing & international ecommerce.
Pay & benefits
Salary: $95k-$100k+ depending on experience
Signing bonus: $10,000
Health, dental and life insurance
4 weeks vacation
401k plan with 4% employer match
