Architect (Draft and Design)
Were looking for a talented Architect to lead the design and drawing phases of projects in Tropical Brutalist and Mediterranean styles. Youll take concepts through schematic design, working closely with our design lead and local construction partners. Your role will bring ideas to life through clear, detailed drawings and visualizations that guide construction and shape our projects. Concept Discovery
Analyze project requirements and programming needs.
Develop vision, concepts, and preliminary layouts for commercial buildings and villas.
Prepare Discovery Report and Initial Design Concept (PDF).
Schematic Design Site Planning
Create site plans, zoning, circulation diagrams, elevations, sections, and conceptual massing.
Produce rendered site perspectives for overall design intent.
Architectural Design
Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, roof/ceiling plans, and opening layouts.
Coordinate schematic-level MEP references and finishing/material selections.
Produce 3D views and rendered visuals for design and construction.
Final Deliverables
Architectural Schematic Design Package (PDF & DWG)
3D SketchUp Model (SKP)
Rendered Views (JPEG)
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field.
35 years experience in architectural design and schematic drawings, preferably in Tropical Brutalist & Mediterranean styles.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray).
Skilled at translating conceptual ideas into practical schematic designs.
Familiar with schematic-level MEP coordination.
Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics.
Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English.
