What are you going to do?

You will have the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking and growth-oriented environment, at a USA University and:

  • Be responsible for managing and optimizing content management systems for grants, community-building sites, and other related platforms. 

  • This role involves application setup, maintenance, technical support, collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, training, and ensuring seamless operation of applications.

  • The Application Analyst will play a crucial role in providing excellent user support, analyzing data, configuring applications, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors.

  • Experience with content management systems, web technologies, grant management software, and application administration is preferred.

  • Responsible for ensuring efficient application operation, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems promptly.

 

What will help you succeed

  • Proven experience in application administration and management, preferably in content management systems.

  • Proficiency in cloud application implementation.

  • Familiarity with web technologies and coding languages such as HTML, XML, and JavaScript.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
