What are you going to do?

Be responsible for managing and optimizing content management systems for grants, community-building sites, and other related platforms.
This role involves application setup, maintenance, technical support, collaboration with stakeholders, documentation, training, and ensuring seamless operation of applications.
The Application Analyst will play a crucial role in providing excellent user support, analyzing data, configuring applications, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and vendors.
Experience with content management systems, web technologies, grant management software, and application administration is preferred.
Responsible for ensuring efficient application operation, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems promptly.
What will help you succeed
Proven experience in application administration and management, preferably in content management systems.
Proficiency in cloud application implementation.
Familiarity with web technologies and coding languages such as HTML, XML, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and within deadlines.
