As Lime continues to grow as an industry leader in the micro mobility space, our Finance team is looking to add an Anaplan Junior Model Builder. In this role, you will report to the Senior Manager of Anaplan and be one of the FP&A resources responsible for learning, building, and collaborating with the Anaplan software. You will be instrumental in building relationships with cross functional team members, tracking of projects and communicating updates, and providing the business with monthly updates to our financials.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.  

What you'll do:

  • Manage communications between Anaplan and business partners while developing overall skills in Anaplan including building reports and managing day-to-day updates within the software (updating naming conventions, formulas, formatting, and more)

  • Learn the ins and outs of Anaplan from understanding the basic parts of the tool, and then advanced content like formula creation and system management

  • Responsible for loading monthly results into Anaplan and reconciling to reported financials

  • Develop relationships with cross functional team members to learn their data, reporting, or capability needs

  • Partner with broader team on strategic ad-hoc analyses as dictated by business needs 

About you:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite

  • Anaplan Level 1 Model Builder training completed

  • Desire to learn and navigate financial reporting and forecasting tools

  • High level of intellectual curiosity, drive to learn new skills and knack for problem-solving

  • Motivated to work hard and push through obstacles in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder training completed

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (vlookup, sumifs, pivot tables, etc)

  • Experience working with financial systems, data, and teams surrounding FP&A

The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,000 - $112,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
