​​About the Role:

We are seeking an analytical and growth-oriented marketer to join our Growth Marketing team. The Paid Social Analyst will be responsible for the development and execution of paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, primarily Meta. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media advertising and will have experience managing large-scale campaigns with a focus on driving conversions at an efficient scale. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, and will work closely with other channel leads as well as creative, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaign alignment with business goals and brand messaging. 

Although this is a remote position, we prefer for US-based candidates to reside on the East Coast to facilitate daily collaboration with our team in the United Kingdom

You Will:

  • Have ownership of Paid Social campaign execution, pacing, and optimization (Meta, X, TikTok, Reddit, etc.) 

  • Collaboratively build and execute a channel strategy to meet both short-term and long-term growth goals

  • Develop insights and actions that demonstrate a thorough understanding of the product categories

  • Proactively take steps to drive business outcomes and independently envision what’s required for the future success of the paid social program

  • Work cross-functionally with Growth, Engineering, Marketing, and Brand teams to execute on cohesive digital marketing strategies

  • Support the management of agency partners by monitoring campaign performance and conduct regular analysis to identify areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with internal creative team and agency partners to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with core categories and audiences

You Have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing positions, preferably at a consumer internet, mobile gaming, consulting, or advertising firm

  • Hands-on experience trafficking ads and launching campaigns across multiple UIs and optimizing towards KPIs. Facebook Ads Manager experience required

  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and prioritization skills

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and performance-tracking tools

  • Excitement to voice opinion and give feedback

  • Global experience is a plus but not required (more specifically UK-based)
