What we’re looking for:
In our next phase of growth, Wonders is looking to hire our first Speech-to-Text Engineer! In this role you will own the development and deployment of speech recognition systems from 0 to 1.
What you’ll accomplish:
You will design and deploy effective speech-to-text systems
You will clean and process large datasets for AI model training
You will iteratively optimize speech recognition systems
You will tackle challenges resourcefully and independently
You will keep pace with industry developments in speech recognition and machine learning. Apply what’s useful.
About You:
You have 3+ years of experience in machine learning background in speech and/or language/text/dialogue processing field.
You have hands-on experience developing and implementing speech-to-text systems.
You have experience with deep learning toolkits, e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch.
You have cleaned and processed large datasets for training AI models.
You have strong practical problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
Bonus points:
You have experience in a consumer driven industry with a passion for the customer.
You have a BS / MS / PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science or related field.
You have experience working at a SaaS company.
You have a roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat.
