Job Category
We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to support and optimize our affiliate channel across insurance and financial services. This role will focus on managing day-to-day partner performance, maintaining traffic quality, and supporting the growth of high-performing affiliates across auto, home, life, and emerging verticals. To be successful in this role, you should have experience working with affiliates or performance marketing partners, with a strong ability to analyze data, identify issues quickly, and communicate effectively with both partners and internal teams. Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliate partners, serving as the primary point of contact
Monitor affiliate performance across key metrics including RPC, EPC, conversion rates, and qualified call rate
Identify and act on performance trends
Enforce traffic quality standards
Review and approve partner creatives to ensure compliance with brand and regulatory guidelines
Support onboarding and activation of new affiliate partners
Collaborate with internal teams including Strategic Partnerships, Media, and Product to support campaign execution and optimization
Assist in testing new offers, verticals, and monetization strategies
Report on affiliate performance and key metrics, identifying areas of opportunity and improvement
Requirements
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or account management
Experience in insurance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and make actionable recommendations
Experience working with affiliate platforms such as Everflow, HasOffers, or Impact
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 USD to $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
