NEIS, LLC a leader in the insurance audit and loss control prevention industry since 1945 is seeking a Team Lead in our Advanced Audit Division. Advanced Audit Team Leads will work closely with RVP and department staff to provide support of workflow for all AAD processes and requirements.   **This position is only open to internal employees of NEIS**  Job Responsibilities: 

  • Must have knowledge of AAD policies, requirements, and customers

  • Monitor progress notes to ensure updates are entered at required 14-day intervals; generate exception reports for RVP to address non-compliance

  • Communicate effectively with staff on next steps as needed

  • Provide technical assistance to staff and RVP as needed

  • Track and obtain status updates

  • Ensure carrier-specific scheduling procedures are followed on each case

  • Maintain an active audit inventory

  • Meet weekly productivity expectations

  • Attend customer meetings as necessary

  • Other duties as necessary

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a physical audit

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as an Advanced Audit Auditor

  • High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of Visual Audit and Nexus Audit Systems

  • Proficient use computers, email, and software

  • Ability to work independently to achieve company goals

  • Advanced knowledge of AAD policies, requirements, and customers

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners

  • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Generous paid time off policy and 7 paid holidays 

  • Hourly rate is $26.44 - $31.25 per hour (DOE)
