Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer

Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain AEM templates to support a large-scale content migration initiative.Design and implement reusable AEM components and templates using AEM best practices.Work within a fast-paced development environment to meet aggressive migration timelines and project milestones.Monitor batch processes and provide pager/on-call support as needed.Troubleshoot and resolve AEM template and application issues throughout the migration lifecycle.Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.Coach and mentor team members on AEM template development, standards, and best practices.Create and maintain technical documentation, development standards, and implementation guidelines.

Requirements: Hands-on experience developing templates and components in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.x.Strong understanding of AEM Forms, Sling, OSGi, Java Content Repository (JCR), and Dispatcher architecture.Experience developing with Java, J2EE, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with modern front-end development frameworks.Experience using collaboration and development tools such as Jira, Subversion (SVN), and SharePoint.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
