About the team

The global ABP Team acts as a critical platform that enables and improves efficiencies and effectiveness across Stripe by providing high value, high impact administrative support to leadership. The global ABP Team is a recognized and valued team that is integral to how Stripe operates. 

What you’ll do

This Coverage ABP role is focused on covering critical gaps in administrative support to Stripe’s most senior leaders and requires someone who is flexible, agile and eager to learn. You will be required to support multiple leaders on a temporary basis. You will have the unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of different areas of the business, build relationships with various leaders and contribute to the overall health of the global ABP Team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide temporary administrative support to Stripe’s leaders to uphold business continuity and core support 

  • Provide complex and proactive calendar support for multiple leaders concurrently

  • Make recommendations to leaders with regard to their time management, prioritization, delegation, and organization

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and manage all related details  

  • Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of leaders

  • Collect feedback on ABP Coverage Program and support the future state and growth of the program 

  • Assist with ad hoc projects for the ABP Coverage Program

Minimum requirements

  • You are incredibly organized, with superb attention to detail and a strong ability to execute

  • You are excellent with time management and able to quickly shift tasks and priorities as needed

  • You have a knack for working across various roles and teams in a fast-paced, changing environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient

  • You communicate, perform, and react well under pressure or ambiguity

  • You enjoy optimizing processes to make them more efficient

  • You are adept at handling sensitive information and situations with care and confidence

  • You are able to anticipate and respond to the needs of others before they arise

  • You have experience in a high-growth technology startup

Preferred qualifications

  • Previous 3-5 years of administrative experience at a quickly-scaling or large company

  • Experience supporting calendar, travel and expenses for senior leaders

  • Strong communication skills and able to push back, hold boundaries all while completing core work 

  • Experience in a constant change environment and comfortable constantly transitioning across different leaders and teams 

  • The ability to quickly change context and switch gears 

  • The ability to build strong relationships and can successfully navigate at varying altitudes of leadership 

  • Experience operating independently and able to prioritize and execute against work 

  • A passion and interest for constantly improving the experience of others
