Responsibilities:

Advertising Operations - Search

  • Collaborate with the team to fulfill clients' digital marketing needs, particularly in search marketing.

  • Implement and manage paid search, programmatic, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and reporting of clients' baseline search performance.

  • Generate recommendations based on best practices to enhance clients' page rankings.

  • Strategize and execute PPC campaigns, including conceptualization, administration, management, optimization, and reporting.

  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools for monitoring and presenting campaign performance to stakeholders.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve landing page effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on search trends and integrate best practices into Skyrocket Studios' operations.

  • Utilize tools efficiently to enhance performance, reporting, and client recommendations.

Advertising Operations - Social

  • Work with the team to meet clients' digital marketing needs across various social media platforms.

  • Develop and manage paid social advertising campaigns.

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of campaign performance metrics.

  • Offer recommendations for optimizing social media campaigns based on data insights.

  • Conceptualize, execute, and optimize social media advertising strategies.

  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to track and present campaign performance to stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with other departments to align campaign strategies and optimize performance.

  • Stay informed about social media trends and best practices to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • Effectively utilize digital marketing tools and platforms for performance improvement and client recommendations.

Advertising Operations - General

  • Have broad knowledge of all digital marketing channels, their applications, and execution methods

  • Understand analytics tools / platforms, and interpret data for more improved decision making

  • Understand the concept of A/B testing and campaign optimization

  • Craft full-funnel digital marketing strategies for clients

  • Work with other departments for campaign strategy and optimization

  • Manage reporting via reporting / analytics tools (e.g. Google Data Studio), and present to all stakeholders

  • Work with the team to ensure clients digital marketing needs are met

  • Research using digital marketing tools or search

Industry Knowledge

  • Stay informed about market developments and opportunities within the advertising, digital, creative, technology, marketing, and consulting industries.

  • Keep abreast of digital marketing techniques and trends to inform strategy and decision-making.

  • Share industry knowledge openly and regularly with the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and public relations skills.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical abilities, making data-driven decisions.

  • Communicate effectively and present ideas convincingly.

  • Highly organized, particularly with digital collaboration tools like Google Drive and Asana.

  • Collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and proactive approach.

  • Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, advertising, creative, technology, and the broader advertising industry is advantageous.

  • Proficient with Google Suite products, especially Google Sheets.

  • Familiarity with various social media advertising platforms.

  • Facebook/Meta Blueprint/Google Certification is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote work setting.
