HubSpot’s Quote-to-Cash team is a key operational team within the Finance organisation that plays a critical role in supporting customers and internal HubSpot teams throughout the purchase, billing, and payment processes.

As a Manager of the Quote to Cash team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and sometimes hiring a diverse and inclusive team of new and established Quote to Cash Specialists & Team Leads in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. In this role, you will work closely with Quote to Cash leadership to manage a high performing team who help our customers, processes, and systems.
In this role, you’ll get to:
Oversee multiple teams whose responsibilities may include collections, cash applications, high volume data processes, and strategic projects
Oversee daily operations of the collections and cash applications teams, review monthly QTC performance KPIs, identify potential solutions to improve performance, gain efficiencies and holistically drive effective solutions for our customers
Be responsible for team goal setting, performance management, accomplishing shared goals with co workers
Motivate the team to deliver these goals and improve processes and systems
See the big picture, helping HubSpot processes scale and reduce customer friction in a compliant way, while building upon current Quote-to-Cash processes
Coordinate with recruiting and internal teams to recruit, hire, and train new team members
Willing to understand other viewpoints, and seeing your role in its larger context, tolerant with people and processes
Partner with other Quote-To-Cash teams to create synergies, meet project deadlines, create project plans, ensure successful roll out of process and system changes
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive results
We are looking for people who:
Have experience managing Accounts Receivable with large global portfolios and complexity
Have experience managing individual contributors and managers
Experience with cash application and banking automation
Have Excel and data visualization software experience (Looker, Tableau, etc.) Have experience building KPI’s/ metrics and supporting the analysis of data to drive streamlining of processes
Feel confident presenting for groups of 20+
Can easily identify weaknesses and take a proactive approach to address them
Can successfully manage change in a rapidly changing environment
Have experience with managing complex teams/ multiple functions
Adapt quickly to the fast-paced environment of a high-growth SaaS business.
Ability to work and achieve results in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision, helping the team to make better decisions and avoid setbacks
Uses good judgement and Fosters DI&B in a team by building an inclusive team environment and meetings. Ensures everyone has an opportunity to share in the way they feel most comfortable. Ability to collaborate with global, cross-functional teams.
