Responsibilities π
Accounts Receivable:
π Monitor and analyze incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
π§Ύ Generate and send out invoices promptly with precision and compliance.
π’ Proactively follow up on overdue payments, devising efficient collection strategies.
π Perform in-depth analysis and reconciliation of receivable ledgers, resolving discrepancies promptly.
βοΈRecord receivables into the ERP system.
Communication with the sales team about receivables status.
π° Analyze vendor relationships, recommend cost-saving strategies, and negotiate favorable terms.
Financial Analysis:
π Prepare comprehensive monthly reports on AR, highlighting key financial insights and trends.
π Utilize advanced financial modeling techniques for accurate revenue and expense forecasts.
π Identify and investigate financial discrepancies, offering well-researched resolutions and recommendations.
π€ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing insights into potential business opportunities.
Requirements and Skills π―
Proven experience in the Financial department
Management experience ( +3 years) π°οΈ
Netsuite/Oracle or other ERP proficiency (SAP, Quickbooks)
Fluent/Native English π
