Summary

The accounting manager must supervise and direct all activities linked to accounting process records, as well as the preparation of financial reports. The employee will have a fundamental role in the integration efforts of the accounting systems and routines systems and routines with VISA.

What you'll do

• Accounting routines: ensure best practices and compliance with standards (IFRS and USGAAP)

• Supervise audit and closing work

• Meet demands from the FP&A team

• Meet all reporting needs from VISA

• Supervision of Tax Routines with outsourced partners: - Calculation and the holding of direct and indirect taxes - Monthly closing - Analytical support in studies/projects

• Monitoring tax legislation, updating internal processes following legislation that impacts Pismo

• Interaction of systems and routines with Visa globally.

Minimum Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of IFRS and USGAAP

• Solid experience as a leader

• Resilience to work in a fast-paced and changing environment

• Hands-on and always ready to help the team

• Great interpersonal skills. Works well across teams and manages the team well when under pressure

• Advanced English level

• Desirable advanced Spanish level
