We're looking for an Accounting Field Support Representative to join our Support team! The ideal candidate will be adept at responding to accounting-related inquiries, assisting in processing commissions, and acting as a subject-matter expert and accounting resource for the Support team.
Interviews for this opening will be conducted via video calls. This role is fully remote.

In a Typical Day, You’d:
Promptly respond to incoming emails assigned to the Accounting team.
Process assigned commissions accurately and on time.
Be a subject-matter expert and accounting resource for the Support team.
Learn new processes, systems, policies, and procedures as they relate to commissions, payment processing, chargebacks, sales bonus programs, and custom software.
Complete additional specialized duties.
To Land This Gig, You Need To:
Understand and explain commissions and sales financial data.
Use discretion while working with sensitive information.
Have a keen awareness of details, pattern recognition, and policy adherence.
Be comfortable with frequent change.
Exercise agility with competing tasks and excellent time management.
