THE ROLE
At Somnio, the success of our clients is a critical piece of our business and our future as a company. Somnio's Account Supervisor will be responsible for the management of one, or more of our Fortune 500 clients. In this capacity the Account Supervisor will engage with clients to drive strategies and meet clients’ marketing objectives. The Account Supervisor is responsible for a complete lifecycle of client success, improved revenue, and overall company growth. The perfect person for this role is truly passionate about helping clients succeed in their goals and takes ownership of the overall client experience. The Account Supervisor possesses and leverages exceptional relationship-building skills, harnesses a team mentality, and are always looking to drive innovation, improvements, and change. We are looking for an account pro with a proven track record of results, outcomes, and business impact for customers through influence and trust.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understanding and executing on Somnio goals and objectives
Able to articulate client’s and/or brand business needs or issues
Develop and maintain client relationships
Planning quarterly/annually with assigned clients
Lead projects and client communication
Work collaboratively with cross functional team members to deliver projects
Develop proposals or statements of work
Achieve revenue goals for assigned accounts
Develop annual revenue plans for assigned accounts
Create positive client experiences measured via the client survey
Monitor revenue progress against forecast and development of action plans to meet or exceed forecasts
Possess excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and written skills.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of progressively responsible agency or client-side (brand management or marketing) experience.
Active client service management, working directly with clients and executing projects
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Proven experience with the following:
Generating innovative solutions to business and marketing challenges
Driving and growing emerging brands or categories
Successful delivery of projects
Strong problem-solving skills
Successfully growing revenue and profits of account
Somnio is based out of Austin, Texas. We are open to a remote candidate located anywhere in the US- relocation is not required.
