Account Manager
Job Category
We’re looking for a motivated, analytical, and relationship-driven professional to take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value publisher partners within QuinStreet’s largest Insurance vertical. As a key member of our Insurance Media Team, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing and expanding partner success within QuinStreet’s industry-leading QMP (QuinStreet Marketing Platform) — a real-time, vertical-specific performance acquisition platform.
You’ll work across QuinStreet’s clicks, calls, and leads products to strengthen partnerships and identify new growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves diving into data, and enjoys creating win-win outcomes for partners and the business alike.
Responsibilities
Own and grow a portfolio of existing publisher partners through proactive relationship management, strategic planning, and data-driven insights.
Analyze performance within the QMP platform to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
Coach and empower partners on self-service tools and best practices, providing actionable recommendations for growth.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including Client/Advertiser, Analytics, UX/Merchandising, and Product — to surface and implement initiatives that increase partner success.
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating partners on QuinStreet’s products and capabilities to strengthen engagement and expand partnerships.
Develop senior-level relationships with key publisher contacts and act as a thought partner in their business strategy.
Stay current on market trends in the insurance and performance marketing ecosystem to provide data-backed insights and strategic recommendations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in account management, partner success, or a similar client-facing role.
Experience in P&C insurance or financial services strongly preferred.
Knowledge of online performance marketing best practices is a plus.
Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, SQL, or similar BI tools preferred.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, organization, and follow-through — eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.
The expected salary range for this position is $65,000 USD to $90,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
