Form Health is a virtual obesity medicine clinic delivering multi-disciplinary evidence-based obesity treatment through telemedicine. Obesity impacts more than 40% of the US adult population, and although historically only about 1% of patients received medical treatment for their disease, the field of Obesity Medicine is entering a period of rapid growth. Form Health provides high-quality expert care and leverages technology to enhance the patient experience. All Form Health patients work closely with their care team, which includes board certified physicians, advanced practice professionals and Registered Dietitians. Through our proprietary mobile app patients engage in regular video visits, as well as text messaging, photo journaling, digital data transmission, and customized educational materials. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of clinical care, and to treating every individual with empathy and respect.

About the Role:

Form Health’s Account Manager is responsible for a portfolio of clients. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating internal resources to deliver solutions, resolving issues, and supporting clients to ensure customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service while working with urgency.  This position reports to the Vice President of Client Success and collaborates closely with the Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Product, Clinical and Operations teams.

What You Will Do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients and ensure day-to-day needs are met.

  • Issue Resolution: Work alongside Client Success and SAE roles to manage and resolve client issues efficiently by coordinating with internal teams (e.g., customer service, technical support, clinical staff).

  • Presentations and Training: Support the preparation of presentations, business reviews, and product training to clients, effectively communicating value propositions and technical information.

  • Market Knowledge: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in healthcare regulations and billing guidelines.

About You:

  • Experience:  Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably within the healthcare industry serving employers.

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree 

  • Skills:  Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

  • Problem Solving:  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

  • Technology:  Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.

  • Reliability:  Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and handle deadline pressures to deliver on-time and delight clients.
