About this Opportunity

We seek an experienced Account Executive to join our Spokeo for Business team. This remote position is designed for a highly motivated sales professional with a proven track record in the Debt Collections and Skip Tracing industries. As a sales subject matter expert, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts and achieving annual revenue goals through effective prospecting, opportunity prioritization and qualification, building strong customer relationships, and demonstrating exceptional negotiation and closing skills.

What you’ll do:

  • Drive new business by engaging in daily prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach

  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and forecast to accurately predict revenue and ensure achievement of sales goals

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Spokeo products and effectively communicate their value for Collections and Skip Tracing use cases

  • Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients remotely, at client locations, and during trade events

  • Regularly visit customer sites to discuss their industry, business challenges, and specific needs

  • Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to fine-tune messaging and product offerings

  • Perform market research to stay informed about competitors and market trends

What you’ve done:

  • 4 year business degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience

  • Strong understanding of the debt collection and skip-tracing industries

  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Negotiation and problem-solving skills

  • Strong cold calling and outbound sales skills required

  • Strong consumer skiptracing or due diligence skills desired

  • Self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot, OutReach, and sales analytics tools

Travel:

20-35% domestic travel to client locations and industry events.
