Account Executive – Central America Location: Remote - Guatemala BlueVoyant is a leading cybersecurity services company helping organizations proactively defend against today’s sophisticated cyber threats. As part of our continued expansion in Latin America, BlueVoyant is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive new business growth across Central America. This role offers the opportunity to own and develop a high-growth territory, work with enterprise security leaders, and help organizations across the region improve their cyber resilience. What You’ll Do As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding BlueVoyant’s presence across Central America. Key responsibilities include:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across enterprise and mid-market organizations
Build trusted relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and executive decision makers
Develop and execute territory and account strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Position BlueVoyant’s Managed Security Services, Threat Intelligence, and Third-Party Risk solutions
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Collaborate with channel partners and strategic alliances to expand market reach
Work cross-functionally with technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
Represent BlueVoyant at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings

Qualifications We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity sales professional with a strong track record of driving new business growth. Required qualifications:
8–10+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role focused on new business acquisition
Proven track record of success selling cybersecurity solutions or services
Strong network and relationships within the Central America cybersecurity market
Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
Highly motivated, results-driven, and focused on exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, managed security services, and threat intelligence
Experience selling into enterprise security organizations and C-level stakeholders
Experience working in both direct sales and channel-driven sales environments
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company
Ability to help refine go-to-market strategies and market positioning
