The Opportunity

To help with our continued growth we are looking for a senior level enterprise sales executive who has a record of success in calling on the largest and most innovative companies.  This role will be responsible for ensuring Snyk is well positioned across all developer and security organizations within their accounts.  They will help organize and lead members from across the Snyk team to help align with the customers’ business needs, understand how those needs translate into development, and how Snyk will enable them to go faster safer and exceed those business goals

You’ll spend your time:

  • As a Strategic Account Director at Snyk, you’ll be responsible for the end-to-end sales and success cycle.

  • You will be responsible for selling and retaining customers by building strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring our customer’s success. 

  • You will have the privilege of interacting with customers at the most senior level of the Security and Engineering organizations.

  • Capitalizing on your account knowledge and utilize connections in market to grow your account base.

  • Leveraging your large enterprise account experience to get high and wide in your customers.

  • Work directly with the product management team at Snyk to ensure your customers understand the strategy and future direction of Snyk and that we understand the future needs of your customers.

  • Expanding sales across the account leveraging the broad and ever growing portfolio of Snyk.

You should apply if:

  • You have a minimum experience of 10 years owning the entire sales cycle for a technical product on Enterprise level accounts (Fortune 1000).

  • You have a history of overachieving your sales plans.

  • You practice extreme ownership, are skilled in navigating complex organizations, and have been successful with C-Level Executives.

  • You’ve excelled at selling into Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps groups within the enterprise segment or have significant enterprise software sales experience, generating and closing large & complex software transactions with the biggest customers in the region.

  • You’re self-motivated and hard-working: have a proven track record of exceeding your quota, and have closed million dollar transactions in your career.

  • You demonstrate a strong collaborative mentality - selling is a team sport at Snyk, where managing and using virtual resources to tackle large and complex sales cycles is a must-have skill. 

  • You leverage your ecosystem internally and externally, effectively collaborating with leadership, customer success, channel partners, marketing, product, and finance to drive deals and make customers successful.
