The Labcorp Employer Services division is seeking Wellness Account Administrator. This Wellness Account Administrator role serves as the primary point of contact for large national clients within Labcorp Employer Services, providing timely and accurate communication and support. Responsibilities include full account management, coordinating on-site health fairs, handling supply orders, and collaborating across departments to ensure client needs are met. The position also involves regular correspondence via email and phone, along with support for special projects and reporting as needed.

Work Schedule: This is a full‑time, non-exempt (hourly) position assigned to a First Shift schedule, with standard business hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Business needs may occasionally require flexibility in work hours, including earlier, later, or additional hours, with reasonable notice provided when possible.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding communications quickly and accurately

  • Serves as an initial point of contact, customer service and support for large national clients within the Labcorp Employer Services Division

  • Working with multiple departments across the organization to ensure accurate and timely support to clients.

  • Performs overall and complete account management, supply ordering, coordinating on-site health fairs

  • Correspondence via email and phone. 

  • Assists with other special projects, tasks and reports as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree

  • 2 or more years' of applicable customer service experience

  • 2 or more years' of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (basic)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 or more years' of customer service experience in clinical/wellness

  • 2 or more years' experience with medical terminology

  • Current or prior Labcorp experience

2 or more years' experience with the following systems:

  • Labcorp Lab System (LCLS)

  • Labcorp Testing System (LCTS)

  • Labcorp Billing System (LCBS)

  • Labcorp Link

Additional Job Standards:

  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office

  • Exceptional organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to focus on the client, understanding their message, reflecting on what is being said, and responding thoughtfully. 

  • Detail oriented

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to effectively navigate the organization and identify appropriate points of contact for various inquiries and processes. Support will be available to assist with identifying key stakeholders and resources as needed.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills

  • Keen multi-tasking abilities

  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies

  • Ability to work outside of normal business hours as needed

Pay Range: $18 - 22/hr
