About the team:

You will be joining our Academic Affairs team where you will play a crucial role in supporting schools through their Goodnotes journey, as we expand our reach within the UK educational sector.

About the role:

The Academic Affairs Manager, UK, will work closely with the Academic Affairs Lead (with a dotted reporting line to the Director of Product) to assist in supporting schools that have an interest in digital note-taking. This role is pivotal in providing both technical and operational training and support to educators and administrative staff, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integration of Goodnotes into their teaching and learning processes.

This is the role for you, if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

  • Collaborate with the Academic Affairs Lead to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting schools with Goodnotes and Goodnotes Classroom.

  • Deliver compelling presentations and workshops that highlight the value of digital note-taking.

  • Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to schools, covering both technical aspects and best practices for using Goodnotes Classroom in an educational setting.

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the UK schools landscape, including current educational trends, challenges, and opportunities for digital integration.

  • Frequent travel to schools across the UK to provide on-site training and support, as well as participation in school-related events and activities at the London office. 

  • Serve as a primary contact for schools, offering expert advice and solutions to enhance their experience with Goodnotes Classroom.

  • Contribute to the development of training materials and resources tailored to the UK educational context.

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

  • A deep understanding of the UK education system, with experience working directly with schools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence educational stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in delivering engaging presentations and training sessions.

  • Strong technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly learn and teach the use of new educational technologies.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.

  • Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and work from the London office as required.

Preferred skills:

  • Experience in educational technology or digital learning platforms.

  • A background in teaching or educational administration.
