Vision Care Network Expert
In partnership with the Vision Care Executive Team, responsible for representing the interests and objectives of Vision Care/iCare in alignment with strategic plans across the organization. Use Provider Network expertise to support cross-pillar integration, advance network growth, improve company profit, and competitive market position. Coordinate the management of multiple related projects directed toward a common business objective.
Support the development of Vision Care cross-pillar strategies to further network needs
Provide a single point of responsibility for execution in support of assigned network accounts within the Insurance pillar
Support and drive the development of longer-term strategic and business plans
Access, understand, and develop insights into the vision care industry (including insurance and network businesses), and the broader healthcare and retail industries
Remain cognizant of the changing environment, and ensure the strategy is fit for purpose
Act as a communicator and negotiator on business strategies and terms both within the company and with external partners
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and define strategic initiatives that will have an overarching impact by developing creative, yet pragmatic solutions
Work with the internal data and analytics team, develop and maintain key qualitative and quantitative metrics to measure progress against enterprise strategic goals and the success of related strategic initiatives
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience in research, market analysis, competitive intelligence, or strategic planning for large and complex initiatives
Demonstrated network development and operations expertise
Thorough understanding of the vision, healthcare, and insurance industry
Ability to use logic and think through future implications, and represent stakeholder publics in every thought and interaction
Proven ability to navigate complex situations through the organizational landscape and with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the enterprise
Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results through informal authority
Proven ability to successfully manage risks/issues across multiple stakeholders
Ability to elicit cooperation from Executive & Senior Management and other departments
Demonstrated ability to be a decision-maker, showing balanced consideration of business issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and analytical skills
Strong business aptitude and problem-solving skills
Strategic skills to support envisioning work, planning, and forecasting

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets.Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $98,700.00 - $156,975.00
