Virtual Assistant (with Social Media & CSR Background) We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support a fast-growing electrical services business based in Australia. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and experience in customer service, scheduling, administration, and light marketing tasks. The successful candidate will play a key role in streamlining daily operations, enabling the business owner to focus on growth and team management.
Part Time (25hours/week; can grow to full-time)
Remote: Australianworking hours
Monthly Starting Salary: $600-850(flexible and depending on experience)
What Youll Be Doing
Handle 1520 inbound and outbound calls daily from new and existing clients
Respond to email and text inquiries, including follow-ups and accounts receivable reminders
Schedule jobs and assign them to the appropriate field staff using ServiceMate
Manage CRM and lead pipeline through Podium
Update job statuses and customer information in ServiceMate
Upload invoices to Xero (no reconciliation required)
Create and post 23 weekly updates on Facebook and Instagram
Support potential expansion into TikTok using existing brand assets
Promote and leverage the businesss 190+ five-star Google reviews
Manage client's calendar and appointments
Handle light reporting and follow-up tasks as needed
Liaise with apprentice training providers and track apprentice progress
What Were Looking For
Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
Previous experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable learning and using platforms like Podium and ServiceMate
Tech-savvy with good grasp of modern software tools
Experience in social media content management
Comfortable working independently and proactively
Familiarity with CRM and job management software (training provided on ServiceMate and Podium)
