Position Overview

The Analyst Total Rewards supports the design, implementation, and management of compensation and benefits programs for employees in EMEA and APAC. This role conducts benchmarking, analyzes international compensation and benefits practices, and ensures compliance with local labor laws. The Analyst Total Rewards collaborates with the Total Rewards Team, regional HR teams, external benefits broker, and Payroll to maintain consistent application of global practices while meeting local market requirements.

This position directly supports the Director Total Rewards and the Total Rewards function.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to assist with the evaluation of the company’s salary ranges, grade levels, short-term and long-term incentive program design, and other compensation programs, with an international perspective

  • Partner with company benefit broker to develop plans, including ongoing communication to employees, open enrollment, plan documentation, audits, annual filings, billing reports and reconciliation.

  • Regularly conduct job evaluations using market data and peer group compensation and benefits data and trends, completing analysis of programs in effort to provide future recommendations for recognition, retention, and attraction.

  • Support administration of the annual compensation review cycle, including merit and bonus.

  • Maintain employee benefits systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in benefit system.

  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of compensation and benefits-related items

  • Assist in the creation and delivery of benefits, compensation, and overall Total Rewards content and communications.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes and support in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and compliant with international laws.

  • Orient new employees about benefits, compensation, tools, and resources specific to each country and provide guidance on statutory benefits versus company provided benefits in each country.

  • Assist in the administration of paid, unpaid leave programs, including tracking eligibility, duration, and return to work protocols.

  • Support processing of benefit-related invoices and reconcile any discrepancies

  • Participate in annual salary and benefits surveys.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation, Benefits, Finance, or related field required.

  • Bachelor’s degree required with preference of Human Resources, Business Management or related field, or equivalent work experience and background.

  • Familiarity with regional compliance and statutory benefit requirements (e.g., pensions, paid leave, insurance).

  • Experience working with external benefits brokers and regional vendors.

  • Experience with Workday preferred

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, data analysis).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable working across multiple regions and cultures.

  • Ability to work on several projects simultaneously, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Requires strong oral, written and communication skills.

  • Professional certification in Total Rewards, Compensation, or Benefits (CCP, CBP, GRP)) preferred

  • Experience supporting multiple countries or working in a multi-region HR environment.
