About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to support our Technical Recruiting team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent to meet our hiring needs. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for identifying niche skills, demonstrates strong sourcing techniques, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition strategy, and technical domains.
You Will:
Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and organizational alignment.
Drive the development and implementation of innovative sourcing strategies tailored to diverse technical disciplines, encompassing Engineering, Product, and Analytics.
Create compelling and tailored recruitment messaging to effectively engage with prospective candidates and employee referrals, managing communication touchpoints throughout the candidate journey.
Employ advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search methodologies, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other cutting-edge sourcing platforms, to identify, engage, and convert passive candidates.
Utilize data analytics to measure and optimize conversion rates across various stages of the recruitment funnel, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Actively contribute to cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and strategies, leveraging your strategic insight and technical expertise to drive impactful change.
Foster a culture of knowledge-sharing by building and disseminating insights into emerging technical skills, target companies, industry conferences, and open-source communities to recruiters and hiring managers.
You Have:
5+ years of technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house technical recruiting team, demonstrating a deep understanding of the talent landscape.
A proven track record of sourcing excellence across diverse technical domains, particularly within Engineering and Product realms, showcasing your ability to identify and engage top-tier talent.
Experience in devising and executing candidate generation and research techniques, leveraging innovative methodologies to uncover hidden talent pools and drive recruitment success.
Exceptional multitasking abilities, enabling you to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment while effectively managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
Proficiency in metrics and data-driven decision-making, with a demonstrated aptitude for leveraging quantitative insights to inform and optimize sourcing strategies.
Strong capabilities in pipeline management, encompassing the identification, cultivation, and maintenance of candidate pipelines to ensure a continuous flow of qualified talent.
Familiarity with a range of recruiting tools and technologies, including Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Gem, and other specialized platforms, enabling you to leverage the latest innovations to drive sourcing efficiency and effectiveness.
