About This Role:
About This Role: The iRhythm Software Systems Development team is looking for Technical Project Manager with proven experience. In this role you will be guiding and organizing project management efforts around our platform services. This is a hands-on role with project management responsibilities. You’ll have an opportunity to work with a talented team on a diverse set of SaaS based solutions within the medical device/software industry. We’re passionate about delivering innovations that improve the quality of health care and the patient experience and we’re looking for like-minded individuals to join our team today! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Technical Project Management, this Project Manager will be aligned to and work closely with the infrastructure teams and business stakeholders to develop cross-functional delivery plans.
Clear understanding of infrastructure projects, and how changes impact various environments or workflows
Ability to communicate and strategize with other stakeholding teams on infrastructure-based rollouts an timelines
Schedule realistic, attainable dates for infrastructure project changes
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Full SDLC experience
Strong technical background overseeing and managing the planning, execution, and completion of technical and infrastructure projects
Define project scope, managing budgets, timelines, and resources, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identify risks and work with the teams to mitigate the risks
Status reporting to stakeholders
Managing large projects with complex timelines
Cross team collaboration experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects coordinating with different stakeholders simultaneously
Prior AWS Infrastructure project implementation experience, Security updates
Tool platform migration experience (e.g., Jenkins to GitLab, Bamboo to Azure DevOps)
Nice to Have
PMP certification/Six Sigma certification'
Agile/SAFe certification
Work Environment / Other Requirements:
Standard TPM work requirements
Remote OK
Travel: infrequent but may be occasional

Estimated Pay Range
$112,000.00 - $145,000.00
