About Incode

Incode is a Series B unicorn ($1.25 B valuation) rewriting how the world proves identity. Our AI-powered platform lets leading banks, fintechs, marketplaces, and governments deliver friction-free experiences while defeating fraud and safeguarding privacy. Customers such as Citi, Airbnb, Block, Chime, Sixt, and TikTok rely on Incode to power their identity verification and security. As we scale globally, we’re building a world-class Technical Program Management organization - and we need visionary TPMs to join us.

The Impact You’ll Make

As a Technical Program Manager at Incode, you’ll be the engine that transforms strategic objectives into delivered reality. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of multi-disciplinary programs - aligning stakeholders, defining roadmaps, managing risks, and ensuring on-time execution. Your leadership will fuel our teams’ ability to innovate, ship critical capabilities, and uphold the highest standards of quality and reliability for enterprise clients.

What You’ll Own & Drive

  • Program Strategy & Execution – Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and senior leaders to translate strategic OKRs into detailed plans, milestones, and success metrics.

  • Cross-Functional Alignment – Facilitate sync-ups, steering committees, and decision forums to keep distributed teams and geographies moving in lockstep.

  • Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify dependencies, blockers, and technical trade-offs; drive mitigation plans and communicate status with clarity.

  • Process Excellence – Architect and implement scalable PDLC/SDLC frameworks, tooling integrations, and release pipelines that boost velocity and quality.

  • Capacity Planning & Resource Optimization – Forecast team bandwidth, balance priorities, and ensure every project has the right people, tools, and cadence to succeed.

  • Continuous Improvement – Surface process gaps, run retrospectives, and champion best practices that accelerate delivery and elevate team satisfaction.

Specialization Track - Public Sector

  • This role operates within the US Public Sector, one of Incode’s fastest-growing business areas. Due to the nature of our projects and contracts, US Citizenship is required.

  • Managing programs with enterprise and government customers

  • Manage vendor relationship and drive projects involving vendors and government entities, working closely with product management, engineering, sales and customer success.

The Qualities That Set You Apart

  • Technical Communicator – You bridge the gap between executive vision and engineering detail, adapting your message to every audience.

  • Strategic Orchestrator – You build program plans that balance ambition with pragmatism, rallying teams around a shared path to success.

  • Process-Driven Innovator – You turn chaos into cadence, designing workflows and automations that unlock predictable, repeatable delivery.

  • Cross-Functional Dynamo – You build trust quickly across Product, Design, Engineering, and Ops, making collaboration feel effortless.

  • Data-Fluent & Outcome-Obsessed – You define and track the right KPIs - lead time, throughput, defect rate - and use them to drive continuous improvement.

  • Adaptable Leader – You thrive in high-growth environments, shifting priorities with resilience and leading your teams through ambiguity.

Your Background

  • 5+ years in technical program or project management roles within software or technology companies

  • Proven experience driving PDLC/SDLC programs across cross-functional and cross-geography teams

  • Deep familiarity with Agile frameworks, scrum ceremonies, and related tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Git workflows)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent real-world experience)

  • Track record of managing interdependent, high-complexity projects with a focus on risk reduction and stakeholder satisfaction

  • The projects and contracts require US Citizenship.

  • Experience managing programs with enterprise customers is strongly preferred. Experience working in projects with US Public Sector is preferred but not required.

Why Incode?

  • Mission with Meaning – Shape how billions of people prove identity - safely, simply, and ethically.

  • Rocket-Ship Growth – Join at a pivotal moment where your programs will directly multiply our global impact.

  • Elite Team & Backing – Collaborate with top engineers, product leaders, and investors united by a bold vision.

  • Ownership & Autonomy – Own your domain end-to-end, with the resources and freedom of a unicorn.

  • Global Reach – Your work will influence products and processes used by enterprises across every continent.
