THE CHALLENGE…
We are seeking a motivated and experienced writer to help consolidate and optimize corporate policies, procedures and processes. This role will work on a cross departmental project with several teams to ensure alignment of text and requirements.
WHAT YOU WILL DO…
- Help with designing and optimizing Employee handbooks
- Ensure consistent tone and terminology across multiple areas of the business
- Work with Executives, Auditors and Security professionals to consolidate policies
- Producing high-quality documents that are appropriate for intended audience
- Working with internal teams on documentation, processes, procedures, and policies
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Writing easy-to-understand organized summarize
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR ...
- Proven working experience in technical and/or policy writing
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Excellent written skills in English
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
