Your career is an investment that grows over time!
Wealthsimple is on a mission to help everyone achieve financial freedom by reimagining what it means to manage your money. Using smart technology, we take financial services that are often confusing, opaque and expensive and make them transparent and low-cost for everyone. We’re the largest fintech company in Canada, with over 3 million users who trust us with more than $30 billion in assets.
Our teams ship often and make an impact with groundbreaking ideas. We're looking for talented people who keep it simple and value collaboration and humility as we continue to create inclusive and high-performing teams where people can be inspired to do their best work.

Communicate effectively to build a shared vision and understanding of the strategic use of AI in improving CX efficiency.
Partner closely with engineering, data science and product management to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving CX team workflows and tools.
Become a subject matter expert in customer support, embedding yourself on the CX (Customer Experience) team to form a strong understanding of CXA’s needs and advocating for user-driven decision making.
Leveraging data to inform your design solutions.
Apply systems-thinking to design problems in order to holistically scale processes.
Stay on top of industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate innovative solutions into our product design.
Skills we are looking for:
Demonstrated experience designing and shipping consumer-facing products. Bonus: experience building products for power users.
Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple experiences.
Outstanding UX, visual design and product thinking skills, capable of delivering polished experiences including motion and interaction design.
Strong understanding of how design, product and engineering can work together to ship high quality experiences quickly and at scale.
Can effectively communicate ideas and project direction to internal teams and stakeholders.
Experience generating user insight by shaping and leading research studies.
Ability to work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward.
A deep interest and passion for personal finance and how we might build simpler, more accessible services for everyone.
If you’re excited to be part of Wealthsimple's mission, please apply with your resume and a portfolio that demonstrates:
