The PinTech team at Pinterest supports partnerships across a diverse set of companies to provide our Pinners with world class experiences bringing them the inspiration to create a life they love. As a Sr. Technical Program Manager, you’ll work with a variety of Tier 1 clients across Pinterest products (Enterprise, Adtech, Shopping, Growth, etc.) to define and build scalable partner solutions, helping hundreds of millions of people find ideas and inspiration. You will be the evangelist of Pinterest’s technology stack, both internationally and domestically. 

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the Pinterest API and all Pinterest API technical implementations. 

  • Lead the definition, development, and broad-scale adoption of Pinterest API products with key strategic partners. 

  • Persuade partners to utilize Pinterest’s technology stack strategically, collaborating to ensure successful market launches. 

  • Work cross-functionally with teams to cultivate an overall healthy developer ecosystem. 

  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to tailor products according to specific partner requirements. 

  • Design and implement tools, processes, and documentation, including sample code, to facilitate the launch and expansion of partner products. 

  • Engage directly with clients by participating in calls, providing real-time technical support, and addressing technical queries. 

  • Represent Pinterest at developer events, enhancing brand visibility and fostering industry relationships.

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of Solutions/Partner Engineering experience or API integration experience; ideally at a large consumer tech platform

  • Experience leading technical partner/client calls 

  • Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDK's or writing custom client code

  • Ability to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation; must be familiar with a programming language such as Python or a shell scripting language

Must be fluent in Mandarin and write in Simplified Chinese.
