Sr PM - Internal Tools & Enablement
This role will report to the Vice President of Product - Lending.
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy for internal tools and operational enablement, with a focus on scaling Earnest’s operations teams for both effectiveness (driving customer conversion and retention) and efficiency (reducing operational cost per customer).
You’ll own the roadmap for the systems and workflows that power Earnest’s origination and servicing operations—driving cross-functional impact through improved automation, better data visibility, and smarter tooling. This role is central to Earnest’s long-term investment in building a unified, scalable infrastructure for customer engagement, lead management, and agent enablement.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on complex system design, understands the intersection of operations and product, and is excited by the challenge of turning fragmented processes into scalable solutions that multiply impact across the business.
What You’ll Do
Own the strategy and roadmap for Earnest’s internal tooling ecosystem
Drive operational scalability by designing tools and systems that reduce manual work, improve speed to lead, and increase conversion and retention across the customer lifecycle.
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, and Data to define requirements, evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, and deliver end-to-end platform improvements.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to define the future architecture for lead distribution, campaign management, and servicing workflows.
Translate operational pain points into structured product requirements, prioritizing impact, ROI, and user experience for internal teams.
Measure impact through data—quantifying improvements in efficiency (time saved, automation rate) and effectiveness (conversion rate, customer satisfaction).
Collaborate with Analytics and Data Science to implement real-time feedback loops and dashboards that surface insights to the front lines.
Ensure system resilience and compliance, working proactively with Legal, Risk, and InfoSec to align tooling decisions with regulatory standards.
Champion a culture of experimentation—partner with operations leaders to A/B test process improvements and prove value through metrics.
Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to senior leadership and the broader organization, tying platform investments to measurable business value.
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on internal tools, platforms, or operational enablement.
Experience in fintech, lending, or CRM/ops-heavy environments where tooling directly impacts business performance.
A strong understanding of sales or service operations, and empathy for front-line users who rely on efficient tools to drive customer success.
Demonstrated success in platform thinking—architecting scalable systems that integrate multiple workflows, data sources, or vendors.
Deep comfort with data-driven decision making—you use metrics to define success and continuously iterate toward measurable improvement.
Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams that include engineering, design, analytics, and operations stakeholders.
A builder’s mindset—comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and translating long-term vision into achievable milestones.
Excellent written and verbal communication—you can simplify complexity, drive alignment, and inspire action.
Where
This role will be based in the US and is fully remote
