We believe that by unlocking the power of people and technology, we can accelerate transformation and achieve extraordinary results. As a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator with deep expertise in cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and intelligent edge, we guide organisations through complex digital decisions.

About the role

As the Product Manager for Insight’s internal transformation, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and tangible business outcomes for our clients. You will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, working closely with cross-functional teams including AI/ML specialists, engineers, UX/UI designers, sales, and service delivery.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of AI's transformative potential, a passion for user-centric design, and a proven ability to deliver complex SaaS products in an agile, fast-paced environment. You will be a key player in establishing Insight as a premier partner in AI-driven business strategy.

As a Sr Manager Product Strategy you will:

  • Product Strategy & Vision: Define and champion the long-term product vision and strategy for the AI transformation, aligning with Insight's overall AI strategy and market opportunities.

  • Market & User Understanding: Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep insights into the challenges and needs of mid-market CEOs and Chief AI Officers regarding AI transformation.

  • Roadmap & Prioritization: Develop and maintain a compelling product roadmap for the AI transformation, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact (ROI, revenue, cost savings, productivity), technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.

  • Product Definition & Requirements: Translate market and user needs into detailed product requirements (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria) for the development team, focusing on core functionalities like data ingestion, analysis engine, continuous iteration, and execution enablement.

  • AI-led Interview & Data Process: Oversee the development and refinement of the AI-led interview workflow and data gathering processes, ensuring it effectively captures strategic insights from client executives and business units.

  • Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. When you bring your hunger, heart, and harmony to Insight, your potential will be met with continuous opportunities to upskill, earn promotions, and elevate your career

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong track record of launching and scaling successful SaaS products.

  • Demonstrated experience with AI/ML products, platforms, or initiatives, and a solid understanding of AI's strategic implications for enterprises.

  • Proven ability to work effectively with C-suite executives and understand complex business challenges.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and make data-driven product decisions.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

  • Experience working in an agile development environment as a Product Owner.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

What you can expect We’re legendary for taking care of you, your family and to help you engage with your local community. We want you to enjoy a full, meaningful life and own your career at Insight. Some of our benefits include:

  • Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination—for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year.
