Pinterest's mission is to inspire users globally. The Sr. Manager, Programs, reporting to the VP of Global Content Partnerships, will lead complex, cross-functional programs and initiatives within Pinterest’s global content ecosystem. This role involves operational leadership, strategic program development, and hands-on delivery to scale partnership programs. The Senior Manager will design processes, frameworks, and programs to add value to Pinterest’s content ecosystem, driving priorities like monetization, retention and feature adoption, and facilitating connections between content suppliers and Pinterest, ensuring seamless execution and impactful results. This key leader will coordinate stakeholders, shepherd initiatives, and drive measurable outcomes in engagement, growth, and partner satisfaction. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, devise scalable workflows, and mentor a program management team, connecting content, product, and marketing across Pinterest.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, scale, and optimize complex global programs for the Partnerships team, from strategy to execution, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Develop frameworks, identify goals, and design processes and toolkits for consistency and scalability of global programs across regions and verticals.

  • Manage resource planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management across all partnership projects, ensuring delivery on timelines, outcomes, and compliance standards.

  • Collaborate deeply with Content Partnerships leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Legal, and external partners to turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable and measurable programs.

  • Analyze data, synthesize recommendations, and present clear business cases to leadership for new partnership opportunities or operational improvements.

  • Act as a player-coach: develop, mentor, and upskill your project/program management team, driving a high-performance, inclusive, and engaged culture.

  • Create and evolve operational best practices (including governance, compliance, communication), ensuring continuous improvement and scalable processes.

  • Own cross-team communication frameworks to ensure transparent status tracking, alignment, and timely resolution of dependencies and blockers.

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years’ progressive experience leading large-scale project and program management in content, partnership, technology, or media organizations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead global and/or matrixed teams; experience scaling programs in partnership-oriented product/content ecosystems.

  • Strong track record in resource planning, financial management, performance measurement, and risk mitigation with robust analytical and reporting skills.

  • Advanced stakeholder management, influencing, and executive communication skills—able to rally diverse teams and external partners around shared goals.

  • Experience navigating ambiguity and change, developing scalable processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deep commitment to inclusion, fostering belonging, and leading diverse teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

  • (Preferred) Experience in content/creator partnerships, media, digital distribution, or technology sector.
