The Sr Manager, Enterprise Integration and Automation leads the strategic direction for both system integration and automation initiatives across Vimeo. This role collaborates with all internal teams to facilitate and implement corporate integrations and automations, driving efficiency and streamlining workflows. The Sr Manager is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting the enterprise data architecture, spearheading large-scale integration and automation projects across departments. Additionally, this position encompasses integration system production support, testing, design, and continuous improvement efforts, with a focus on leveraging automation to enhance Vimeo's technical capabilities.

What You Will Do:

  • Design and Architect Data Solutions: Define architecture and designs for complex end-to-end data integration solutions across various systems. This includes enterprise-level data modeling across disparate systems.

  • Develop ETL/ELT Solutions: Design, build, and maintain ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) solutions, incorporating analytics, error handling, and reporting capabilities.

  • Ensure Data Integrity and Reporting: Enable the team to generate accurate reports by ensuring data from various systems (sales, finance, payroll, etc.) is imported cleanly into target systems. Support all system data integrations and data normalizations across the enterprise.

  • Manage Middleware and Integrations: Provide hands-on management of all middleware design, configuration, integrations, and support. Support integrations for system upgrades, including design documentation, implementation testing, and go-live support.

  • Own Automation Initiatives: Build, manage and deliver outcomes against the enterprise automation roadmap which you will develop and communicate.

  • Process Analysis and Identification: Analyze existing business processes to identify and size areas where automation can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance accuracy.

  • Solution Design and Development: Design and implement automated solutions using appropriate technologies, including robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML).

  • Monitoring and Maintenance: Continuously monitor the performance of automated solutions, identify areas for improvement, and perform necessary maintenance and upgrades.

  • Drive IT Infrastructure Improvement: Create and implement a strategy for the continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure, leading initiatives to add value and functionality.

  • Provide Operational Support: Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of incidents and outages. Implement remediations to prevent future occurrences and communicate with business stakeholders. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining process documentation and procedures.

  • Communicate and Collaborate: Regularly communicate with internal customers and senior management on status, risks, and emerging issues. Maintain superior levels of customer service to all company stakeholders.

Skills and Knowledge You Should Possess:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Experience: 7+ years of proven experience in enterprise data architecture and automation, including designing and implementing complex automation and data solutions.

  • Leadership and People Management: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams, manage projects, and foster a collaborative work environment.

  • Data Integration Expertise: Extensive experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) processes and tools.

  • Middleware Management: Demonstrated experience in middleware implementation, configuration, and support.

  • Automation Platform Proficiency: Strong understanding of automation technologies, including RPA, AI, and ML.

  • Data Lakehouse Experience: Understanding of Data Lakehouse architectures, including data ingestion, storage, processing, and analysis within a Lakehouse environment.

  • Tools:  Required experience with Retool and/or Tray.ai for automation and integration purposes.  Familiarity with Snowflake and/ or Databricks.  Sierra AI tool experience preferred.

  • Project Management: Experience in managing automation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

  • Cloud Platform Knowledge: Preferred experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

  • CRM Integration: Preferred experience with Salesforce integration.

  • Global Business Acumen: Experience working in a global company environment.

  • Compliance and Security: Knowledge of SOX control management and data security best practices.

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles:    $150,000 - $207,000

  • All other US cities outside above metro areas:   $135,000 - $186,300
