Sr. Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Sr. Influencer Marketing Specialist to lead influencer outreach, partnerships, and campaign execution across social platforms. This role will own end-to-end influencer collaborations — from strategy and outreach to reporting and optimization — and partner with internal teams and external freelancers to drive measurable brand growth.

What you’ll be doing:
Build and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, and talent partners
Identify and recruit influencers that align with brand goals and audience segments
Lead outreach, negotiation, contracting, and deal management for influencer collaborations
Coordinate briefing, content approvals, and deliverables across internal teams and creators
Manage influencer calendars, contracts, and payment workflows
Track and report on KPI performance (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) for all influencer initiatives
Collaborate with Paid Social, Creative, and Analytics teams to amplify content performance
Manage freelancers, agency partners, and creator networks supporting campaign execution
Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging platforms to inform strategy
Qualifications to be successful in this role:
4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or related digital marketing roles
Proven success in managing end-to-end influencer campaigns and partnerships
Strong negotiation, communication, and project management skills
Comfort with data and reporting — ability to translate metrics into insights and recommendations
Experience with influencer and social analytics preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Nice-to-Haves
Experience managing external talent/freelancers
Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle brands
Familiarity with affiliate marketing measurement and attribution

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at MyFitnessPal ranges from $80,000 - $100,000. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, MyFitnessPal offers a wide range of comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, parental planning, mental health benefits, annual performance bonus, a 401(k) plan and match, responsible time off, monthly wellness and technology allowances, and others.
