The Sr. Director, Business Transformation plays a pivotal role in driving our enterprise-wide transformation and ensuring maximum value delivery to the business. This leader will partner closely with Commercial, R&D, Operations, Finance, and the Transformation Office to drive cost discipline, unlock efficiencies, and reinvest savings into growth and innovation.

As a key business partner, the Sr. Director provides insight and analysis, ensures delivery of initiatives, and rigorously tracks cost savings and efficiency outcomes.

This role requires:

  • A strategic finance mindset, with the ability to translate insights into action.

  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills to influence and collaborate across diverse business areas.

  • Proven expertise in value capture, including cost optimization, performance improvement, and operating model redesign.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

Financial Leadership

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.

  • Monitor and analyze operating expenses, savings initiatives, and investment requests.

  • Provide insight and recommendations to optimize spend and resource allocation.

  • Translate complex financial and operational data into clear business recommendations.

Transformation Partnership

  • Serve as a liaison with the Transformation Office to ensure financial savings targets and efficiency commitments are achieved.

  • Track initiatives, measure impact, and report progress against agreed savings and performance metrics.

  • Identify risks to savings targets and work collaboratively to mitigate

Strategic Support

  • Partner with business leaders to support strategic planning and long-term roadmap development.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for innovation, process improvements, and cost optimization across corporate services.

  • Other duties as assigned

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA and/or CPA preferred).

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in corporate services, business performance management, or related functions.

  • Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.

  • Experience working with transformation or change minded programs.

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across senior leadership levels.

  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving results in a complex, global organization.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $151,000 - $314,000 USD.
