JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities
· Coordinating with internal teams in product launches to assess feasibility of set up within Oracle modules (Accounts Receivables, Revenue Share), data feeds, as appropriate and to ensure that the appropriate data to record receivables, revenue share, and settlement balances can be obtained and is tested prior to product launches
· Testing and validation of Oracle data feeds for both new and modifications to existing data feeds
· Serve as liaison for the department both from external (e.g. vendors, auditors, etc.) parties and internal customers, including establishing critical relationships with the upper management team and with the FP&A team
· Reviewing and approving fee split set ups for products by internal product and technology teams
· Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure adherence to company guidelines, including internal control/SOX requirements
· Recording journal entries, reviewing journal entries of staff accountants’ work
· Contribute to the month/quarter/year-end close process, including internal control related aspects and internal/external audit deliverables
· Assist with designing process improvements and implementing robotics (utilizing RPA tools) and automation in the AR and revenue share areas
· Uploading/reviewing on a weekly basis Oracle data feeds
· Validation monthly of revenue share expenses for completeness and accuracy
· Processing adjustments within revenue share module
· Preparation of Monthly invoicing and reporting
· Reconcile asset and liability accounts within our reconciliation software
· Overseeing resolution of discrepancies, which includes trouble shooting errors, reading/reviewing contracts and navigating multiple data sources
· Able to work independently with little instruction on daily tasks.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related fields preferred
· Minimum of 2 years of accounting or reconciliation experience, with a current title of senior associate/accountant
· Big 4/Big 8 public accounting experience preferred
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work collaboratively across departments
· Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast paced and hyper growth environment
· Detail oriented with good problem solving and analytical skills
· Fundamental understanding of US GAAP
· Advanced Excel skills, with interest and aptitude to work with large amounts of data
· Knowledge and experience with a large-scale ERP, preferably Oracle EBS

PAY RANGE
The targeted base salary for this position is $71,100 to $106,700 per year. The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate’s geographical location.
