We’re looking for a Specialist II, Credentialing to join our Credentialing Operations team. This role is a key execution-level position responsible for supporting provider credentialing initiatives, including re-credentialing, licensing, and collaborative agreements for Nurse Practitioners..

What You’ll Be Doing
Support the preparation of recredentialing files for providers
Support the review of collaborative agreement documentation for completeness and alignment with state-specific requirements
Support to maintain accurate documentation and status tracking within internal systems (e.g., HubSpot, Verifiable)
Support process improvements by surfacing trends, common errors, or opportunities for automation
Support responding to provider inquiries as needed
Support provider licensing initiatives as needed

Have 1-2 years of experience in healthcare credentialing Have strong working knowledge of credentialing terminology, workflows, and verification sources
Can balance speed and accuracy while managing multiple files at once
Communicate clearly and professionally with healthcare providers and internal partners
Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable in following established processes
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and take pride in operational excellence
Role Details: Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $23.72 - $26.44 USD Hourly
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
