Why Join phData Solutions Engineering
At phData, the Solutions Engineering team is where ambitious builders meet consultative advisors to turn modern data ideas into measurable business value. What’s in it for you:
Work end-to-end across the modern data lifecycle—platforms, pipelines, governance, analytics, and AI—on cloud-native tech like Snowflake, AWS, and Azure.
Grow your career in multiple directions: principal technologist, sales engineering leader, or solutions strategy (SOW and value engineering).
Learn fast with funded certifications, peer architecture reviews, internal guilds, and conference speaking support.
Partner with high-performing Account Executives, Client Account Leads and Delivery teams who care about doing right by customers—and by you.
See your work in the wild: customer adoption, production launches, and expansion as a direct result of your solutions.
