Software Engineering Intern

This position will be remote within the United States. Job Summary As a Software Engineer Intern on our Patient Experience & Analytics team, youll gain hands-on experience working on modern web applications and test automation frameworks. Youll collaborate with experienced engineers and help contribute to production-quality features and tools. You will be embedded in a development team and experience the real-world of software development which will translate to an exceptional launch of your career. The internship is part-time, a minimum of 15 hours per week, with the flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer. We recognize that school should be your top priority, and we will be flexible with your school schedule. While working in the office will be an option for local candidates, this is a remote position allowing for further flexibility around your schedule. This internship will start at $20 - $23 per hour. What You Will Do

• Collaborates with engineering leads to help keep projects on track and resolve issues that arise

• Partners with cross-functional teams to prioritize development tasks (e.g., Product, QA, or Design)

• Contributes to various software development tasks and projects based on team needs

• Involved in special projects and takes on other responsibilities as needed to support engineering teams

Travel/Physical Demands

• Travel typically less than 10%

• Office environment with no special physical demands required

Qualifications What You Will Have

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program in Computer Science or a related field, with a graduation date of May 2026 or later

• Previous internship experience is a plus, but not required

• Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals like data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design with familiarity in one development language

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Good time management, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks
