The Role

 

We are looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer with C++ & Blueprint experience to join our fast-growing Network. You will play a key role in designing and implementing high-performance 3D applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of real-time visualization and interactive experiences.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional experience with Unreal Engine development.
  • Proficiency in C++ and Unreal Engine Blueprint scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Unreal Engine systems (e.g., gameplay framework, animation, rendering, AI, and physics).
  • Experience with optimizing games for performance and scalability across platforms (PC, console, mobile, etc.).
  • Familiarity with multiplayer/networked gameplay systems and techniques.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard tools, workflows, and pipelines.
  • Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in Tool Development.
  • Experience working on shipped titles
  • Familiarity with VR/AR development using Unreal Engine.
  • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, C#).
  • Experience with source control tools like Git, Perforce, or SVN.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and optimize high-performance systems and gameplay mechanics using Unreal Engine 4/5.
  • Implement advanced features, including AI, physics, rendering, and networking.
  • Collaborate with designers and artists to ensure seamless integration of gameplay features and assets.
  • Write, debug, and maintain clean, modular, and scalable C++ / Blueprint code.
  • Lead technical discussions, contribute to project planning, and provide expert guidance on Unreal Engine best practices.
  • Identify and address technical challenges, ensuring performance and stability across platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest Unreal Engine developments and implement new features/tools as needed.
