Senior Total Rewards Manager
The Role:
The Senior Total Rewards Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and ongoing management of Gametime’s compensation, equity programs, and benefits - including self-funded medical plans, HSA and FSA plans. This role plays a critical part in supporting the company’s ability to attract, engage, and retain talent through competitive and equitable total rewards offerings. A key aspect of this position is acting as a strategic connector between the People and Finance teams, ensuring total rewards decisions are fiscally sound, data-driven, and aligned with both employee needs and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a data-informed mindset, and a deep understanding of total rewards design to drive meaningful impact across the employee lifecycle. Additionally, strong communication skills will be essential, as this individual will play a crucial role in educating the workforce on various aspects of their rewards package. Finally, the candidate should be one who is either proactively exploring or currently leveraging the latest technology (including, but not limited to, generative AI) to expand their impact in their role. Key Responsibilities
Compensation Strategy & Administration
Maintain and evolve Gametime’s compensation philosophy and structure in collaboration with Finance.
Partner with Finance on compensation modeling and forecasting to support headcount planning and budgeting.
Analyze market trends and benchmarks to ensure competitive and equitable pay practices.
Partner with People Business Partners and leaders to advise on compensation decisions.
Equity & Incentive Programs
Manage and administer equity programs (e.g., RSUs, stock options), ensuring compliance and understanding across the organization.
Collaborate closely with Finance and Legal to ensure equity reporting, modeling, and education for staff.
Benefits Strategy & Management
Design, manage, and evolve Gametime’s employee benefits programs, including self-funded medical plans (with HSA and FSA programs), dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and wellness initiatives.
Monitor claims data, cost trends, and plan performance in collaboration with Finance and third-party administrators.
Lead annual plan design and renewal processes; manage relationships with brokers, TPAs, and vendors.
Build, support, and evangelize open-enrollment processes in ADP while ensuring all costs, codes, and withholdings are accurately captured and recorded.
Ensure benefits are compliant with applicable laws and aligned with employee needs and company strategy.
Cross-Functional Partnership
Serve as a strategic liaison between Finance and People teams, ensuring alignment on headcount planning, total rewards spend, and workforce ROI.
Translate complex financial data into accessible insights for the People team and broader organization.
Compliance & Systems
Ensure total rewards programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations.
Optimize the use of HR systems for compensation and benefits tracking and reporting.
Employee Education & Experience
Communicate total rewards programs effectively to employees, creating resources and campaigns to support awareness and utilization.
Serve as a trusted partner to employees and managers for rewards-related inquiries.
Technology Fluency and Curiosity
Consistently uses generative AI and automation to design, analyze, and communicate Total Rewards programs with speed, accuracy, and clear governance.

Technical Skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Shareworks).
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ability to collaborate with Finance on budget forecasting.
Deep understanding of compensation frameworks, equity structures, and benefits compliance.

Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with a customer-service mindset.
Proven ability to influence and align stakeholders across Finance, People, and Leadership teams.

Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, including equity program administration.
Certifications: CCP, CEBS, and/or CEP preferred.
Other: Experience working in high-growth, remote-first environments is a plus.
