·      Develop and maintain internal build systems, packaging workflows, and release automation.

·      Collaborate on cloud platform integration (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) to ensure seamless deployment and operation.

·      Address package-level security vulnerabilities and maintain up-to-date dependencies.

·      Participate in debugging and troubleshooting of distributed systems across varied environments.

Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

·      Strong proficiency in Python, with a focus on systems-level software development.

·      Deep experience working in and with Linux (e.g., system services, kernel interfaces, init systems, package management).

·      Familiarity with the full product lifecycle from installation through upgrades and support.

·      Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and internal build systems.

·      Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts and experience integrating software into cloud platforms.

·      Ability to identify and resolve system-level issues related to configuration, performance, and security.

·      Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Haves

·      Prior title such as “Systems Engineer,” “Linux Software Engineer,” or “Platform Engineer.”

·      Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

·      Familiarity with distributed or clustered systems, especially in storage or networking.

·      Contributions to open-source system software or personal projects in the space.

To the extent required by state or local hiring regulations, we will consider for employment any qualified applicant, including those with arrest and conviction records, in a manner consistent with the applicable regulation.
