Senior Sales Operations Manager
Your Opportunity (overall purpose of role):

As the company continues to scale, our sales organization requires strong strategic and operational leadership to drive process excellence, revenue acceleration, and enablement. The Senior Sales Operations Manager will act as a strategic partner to the VP of Sales, owning sales process design, quote-to-cash optimization, sales tooling, and enablement programs that enhance seller productivity and drive growth.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, focused on improving sales efficiency, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering data-driven insights that inform executive decisions.

Your responsibilities:

Redesign and automate workflows; partner with Finance & Legal to improve contracting efficiency.
Sales Process Design:
Revamp and standardize the sales cycle; develop scalable playbooks for prospecting, discovery, and closing.
Sales Enablement:
Build programs that improve rep productivity and quota attainment.
Tooling & Tech Stack Ownership:
Evaluate, integrate, and drive adoption of CRM, CPQ, and enablement tools.
Analytics & Forecasting:
Advance forecasting accuracy; develop dashboards with actionable insights for Sales Leadership.
Compensation & Incentive Alignment:
Partner with our People Partner and Data Analyst to ensure comp plans align with GTM strategy and performance metrics.
Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate with People, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Success to create an efficient revenue engine.
Change Management:
Lead process transformation initiatives that scale as the organization grows.
