🔍 Your Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex solutions, defining scalable and secure Python architectures.
Ensure the technical quality of the project through advanced code reviews, definition of standards, and adoption of best practices.
Optimize performance and scalability of critical systems, proposing improvements at both the architecture and process levels.
Mentor and guide mid-level and junior developers, supporting their technical growth and fostering a learning-oriented environment.
Take ownership of end-to-end projects, from initial technical definition to delivery in production.
Work closely with Product Owners and architects to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions.
Explore and introduce new technologies and frameworks, assessing their applicability to company projects.
Guarantee software quality not only through automated testing, but also by designing CI/CD strategies, test coverage, and observability.
⚡ Do You Have What It Takes?
5+ years of experience in Python and Flask.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL solutions (DynamoDB, Redis).
Proficiency with Docker and containerization workflows.
Ability to design, develop, and integrate REST APIs.
Solid grasp of Linux environments.
Great English communication skills to navigate rapidly changing business contexts and technical discussions.
Experience in unit testing and CI/CD workflows.
A problem-solving mindset with strong knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles.
Foundational knowledge of AWS.
Bonus points for experience with microservice architecture!
