Senior Project Manager
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives within the Enterprise area. This role focuses on coordination, alignment, and execution across teams with different priorities, without formal people management.
You will work closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to ensure work moves forward efficiently, dependencies are managed, and teams remain aligned toward shared business outcomes. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong systems thinking, and the ability to influence progress through communication rather than authority.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate cross-functional work across product, engineering, analytics, and other teams involved in Enterprise initiatives.
Ensure stakeholders remain aligned on goals, priorities, timelines, and next steps.
Identify dependencies, risks, and blockers early, and proactively drive resolution.
Bring structure to initiatives with unclear or evolving scope by defining processes, rhythms, and project artifacts.
Maintain clear visibility into project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders at different levels, including leadership.
Support multiple initiatives or projects as business priorities evolve, adjusting focus as needed.
Improve and scale project processes, including identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency.
Act as an “influence without authority” partner, ensuring teams stay on track without direct management responsibility.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in project or program management, ideally in complex, cross-functional environments.
Strong ability to work in ambiguous contexts and help define problems, processes, and paths forward.
Proven experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between tactical execution and high-level stakeholder updates.
Strong systems thinking and organizational skills, with a focus on keeping work aligned and moving forward.
High level of resilience and persistence in environments that require constant follow-up and alignment.
Experience with AI, automation, or data-related initiatives is a plus.
