What You'll Do:

  • Lead the strategic vision and long-term roadmap for our Membership platform - driving both innovative feature development and optimization of existing experiences to maximize business outcomes.

  • Translate high-level business objectives into comprehensive technical requirements, partnering closely with engineering and design to ensure feasible and scalable solutions

  • Drive prioritization decisions using advanced analytics, business impact modeling, user research, and technical feasibility assessments across multiple product areas.

  • Leverage customer feedback, behavioral analytics, and market research to inform strategic product decisions, establish success metrics, and lead rapid experimentation cycles.

  • Align stakeholders across engineering, design, operations, leadership, and external partners to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

What Youll Bring:

  • Demonstrated success managing complex SaaS platforms, subscription products, or membership models with a proven track record of driving revenue and user engagement.

  • Deep expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies - including advanced backlog management, release planning, cross-team coordination, and delivering large-scale features.

  • Expert ability to write comprehensive product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical specifications (Gherkin/BDD experience strongly preferred).

  • Advanced proficiency with product management and analytics tools including JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks, experimentation design, and statistical analysis for product optimization.

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing stakeholders, influencing with authority, and driving consensus across diverse teams.

  • Strategic thinking capabilities with experience in market analysis, competitive positioning, and long-term product planning.
